Food Bank Centre Helper ( DCS user) - Bromley Borough (volunteer computer user,)

As a Centre Helper, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the foodbank. You’ll work alongside the team to welcome clients, help pack food parcels, provide computer support when needed, and assist with general tasks around the centre.
What you’ll be doing
Welcoming and supporting clients Helping to pack food parcels and prepare orders Supporting with the Foodbank computer system when needed Checking vouchers and client details Helping with general tasks to keep the centre running smoothly Working across different areas of the foodbank as required
About the role This is a varied role where you’ll have the opportunity to learn and become trained in different areas of the foodbank. Training and support will be provided, and we encourage volunteers to get involved wherever they are needed.
What we’re looking for We’re looking for reliable, friendly volunteers who are willing to learn, work as part of a team and support different areas of the centre.
Day & Time Every Thursday 11:45am – 2:30pm
Commitment Regular attendance is important, as you’ll become an important part of the team and help us provide a consistent service to our clients.
