As an independent charity, we rely on a number of sources to fund our work, including donations from individuals, local businesses and organisations. We also apply for funding through grants from charitable trusts, foundations, businesses, local authorities and other funders, either to support specific projects or to contribute towards our general running costs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated volunteer to assist our small management and Trustee team to help us identify and apply for appropriate grant funding to support the work of the food bank and carry out other related administration tasks.

Hours: Flexible, 3 to 5 hours a week

Location: Mix of remote volunteering and attendance at our office in BD10
