Food bank driver (Van driver / Driver helper)

You’ll play an important role in promptly transporting food from collection points across the county, to our warehouse base in Tranent for sorting and preparing for our parcels. As a confident and safe driver, you’ll enjoy being part of a team and be physically strong so that you can lift and load crates of food (with support). Your flexible and committed approach will help to maximise donations and improve the efficiency of our food bank. We are also looking for a van driver helper who will be able to support our driver to lift and load crates of food onto the van and into our warehouse and storage facilities.
