The Trussell Trust has a nationwide collection in Tesco superstores and needs your help to make it a success! By helping with this event, you will be making a big difference to your community and those in need by collecting food and raising money for your local food bank.

Food banks provide emergency food and compassionate, practical support to people in crisis while campaigning for the UK without the need for food banks. Without volunteers like you, selflessly donating their time, we simply would not be able to support the thousands of people in crisis.

The number of people needing food banks has increased in recent years and we anticipate this trend to continue especially in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. By volunteering at this event, you will play a vital role in our food bank ensuring that we are meeting the demand for our services, providing help and support to people in crisis in the local community.
