Driver Buddy
Here in Torridge, Devon we rely on volunteers to operate. Many of the volunteers are on a journey back into work, gaining valuable experience and building confidence. A driver buddy is an integral member of the team who supports the driver or who can share the driving if agreed upon, however this role does not have to be a driver.
On the rare occasions when we deliver, to meet our safeguarding responsibilities, we need a driver buddy to accompany a driver on any collection from or delivery to a client or donor address.
