Distribution Centre Coordinator (The Forest)

You will be supervising the client food collection sessions at our Lydney Centre on Tuesday afternoons. You will support the volunteers on duty by being the primary point of contact for any questions, making sure the session runs smoothly, and providing updates and feedback to the Operations Manager. You will also have the opportunity to implement your own concepts and initiatives to enhance your area and the client experience. You will need to spend a few hours each week outside of the session for administration and preparation, which you can do at a time that suits you. This includes setting up and making changes to volunteer rotas and making sure your centre has the food boxes it needs each week. You will be invited to attend Operations Meetings (currently every 12 weeks) to report on your centre and contribute to discussions.
