Voucher data administrator (Session administrator)

Our food bank provides emergency food and compassionate, practical support to people in crisis, while campaigning for a UK without the need for food banks. Without our volunteers, selflessly donating their time, we simply would not be able to support the thousands of people in crisis.

As a Voucher data administrator you will play a vital role to our food bank ensuring that we are meeting the demand for our services, providing help and support to people in crisis in the local community.

Under the guidance of the Session lead, you will be the welcoming face of Newquay Foodbank. You will be confident recording and processing the vouchers of our visitors and where required, will generate vouchers for those people in food crisis who present without a voucher.

You will be calm and compassionate and happy to discuss confidential information that our visitors may need to disclose, signposting to other service as required. You will safely and accurately record sensitive and data on our internal system. Full training can be given.

You will also be comfortable accurately recording, sharing and storing the session data with our admin lead.
