Supermarket collection volunteer (Morrisons food drive Volunteer)

Food drive volunteers represent Brent Foodbank at the front entrance of partner supermarkets, raising awareness of our cause and encouraging the general public to donate key items. Volunteers will be friendly, honest and positive in their interactions with the local community.

Online training is provided on Assemble (our platform) and volunteers will be asked to sign a photography consent form if they are happy to be pictured in any social media posts made. BFB staff will provide an onsite training session at the warehouse (100C High Road, Willesden, NW10 2PP) every quarter to update volunteers on the latest campaigns and best practices.

Food drives are done in line with supermarket agreement, so volunteers sign in and out at the customer service desk and have the support of the security team, as well as a named member of Foodbank staff as their emergency contact.
