Referrals Volunteer (Foodbank Referral Support.)

Every client has a different need and we need you to speak to clients on the telephone, capture their food requirements and complete the necessary details on the foodbank database. If you are confident in answering phonecalls and will be comfortable speaking to our agencies and clients and doing some data input then this is the role for you.

The foodbank referral line is the first point of contact for anyone needing a food parcel so this is vital support that we give to those most in need in our community.
