Voucher and Referral Agency Admin Volunteer (Tottenham Food Bank)

Foodbank vouchers are issued to people by Referral Agencies (statutory and charitable organisations e.g. Citizens Advice, local council services etc). People can then exchange their voucher for a 3-day emergency food parcel at a local Foodbank.

We are looking for a volunteer Voucher & Referral Agency Admin to provide support to our Referral Agency Coordinator at Tottenham Food Bank. You will be responsible for creating and managing a database of our referral agencies, monitoring the vouchers inbox and responding to any queries from referral agencies. You would also be responsible for highlighting any issues that food bank volunteers may find with clients vouchers with the relevant referral agency. This is a key role as it helps to ensure the accuracy of our data and improve efficiencies within the food bank operations.

This is a remote role and would be for a max of 4 hours a week.
