Provisions Team - Foodbank Outlet Assistant - South & East Bristol (Fishponds)

Our foodbank provides emergency food and compassionate, practical support to people in crisis, while campaigning for a UK without the need for foodbanks. Without our volunteers, selflessly donating their time, we simply would not be able to support the thousands of people in crisis.

As a foodbank volunteer you will play a vital role to our food bank ensuring that we are meeting the demand for our services, providing help and support to people in crisis in the local community.

We are in need of volunteers on Fridays 11am - 2.30pm at our Fishponds Foodbank based at Fishponds Baptist Church. We are looking for volunteers to join our packing team. This role will solely involve packing food parcels ready for clients to collect. Please note that the packing room is up 5 steps and the role will involve heavy lifting.

We ask for a minimum volunteering commitment of 3 months.
